Also, the MahaEnergy site has a very literal seach engine: the term 'adapter' will return 3 pages, the terms 'adapters', 'adaptor' and 'adaptors' will all return 0 results.

The MahaEnergy Powerex authorized international resellers list referenced in post 1 excluded all of North America.

The Canadian resellers list is at the bottom of the drop down list for the United States:

There does not appear to be any authorized resellers in any other North American countries or dependencies at this time.
