Obviously, if you are Modamag, you can make your own Draco
OK, I am just kidding:crackup:

Actually, anyone can make a "Draco" with $20 & some elbow grease.
at least, pretty Darn close to a Draco: 2" long, traditional reflector spot beam with 3 modes to boot.

Start with one of the most popular small AAA light, The ITP A3 EOS:
Already pretty small at 66mm in length:

Only 4 Simple steps with some hand tools:

  • Cut the battery tube at location 14-15mm from the end
  • Bore out the tail end of the remaining battery tube slightly
  • Cut the kurling part of the key chain section of, leave the 3-4mm smooth part only
  • Then, file off the outer diameter until it fits inside the remaining battery tube.

Wola, it's done! This one shown is in HAIII:

Now it runs on 10280 like Draco.
Here is a Group Photo compares the HA III ITP "Draco" next to big brother ITP AAA Ti, The ITP 10280 is as short as Solitaire 10180.

Last Beam shot; ITP HAIII "Dragco" lit up the stains by itself:
Not bad for a $20 key chain light just 2" long:cool:
