Does the Malkoff warranty transfer to a second user when we purchase a used light, or is it just for the original purchaser?

Any malkoff light is covered by warranty doesn't matter who owns it

I believe this is generally true, with the written warranty including some CYA.
It should be noted that new Malkoff products resold by online retailers such as arisakadefense.com, illumn.com and edclb.com include the lifetime warranty.

So as long as the original purchaser hasn't croaked, it's covered. Get them insured with a life insurance policy for the amount of a new Malkoff, with yourself as the beneficiary, and you are good to go!
