McLux III 27 LT - What mods are available?

I have a McLux III 27LT in my possession. I love the feel of the light, but the LE is outdated and doesn't hold a candle to the new LE's.

What mods are out there, or have been done to this light that other members have seen or own? Just curious. I have to leave it in the bag when I like the look and feel, but the brightness just limps around.
