Here they are. The 19mm and 27mm Delrin centering rings you've been waiting for. They are made of high quality black Delrin. They will perfectly center the Cree XRE LED in the MCR reflectors. They will also keep the reflector in pace during assembly. This is a big plus for multi-led builds.
The 19mm version will allow the use of either stars or emitters with access to the top soldering pads of the emitter itself. This is, of course before putting the ring onto the LED. The 27mm version has a ring that slips over the metal ring of the LED. Therefore to solder to the emitter top pads you just trim some of the Delrin off to expose the pads.
