Nice build you got there, lets see some pictures outside of rose bushes. Lots of green and red for color rendition demonstrations. And a all white comparison light.

Jaybiz, that was a fun build. You need more photos of the V. Stick. As for my photos... well... it seems I stupidly neglected to take any photos before shipping. Duh. :ohgeez:

Ah, very interesting build. Just a white wall hunter's question, but how far do you have to be so the red isn't really a separate blob of light within the overall beam? I would assume that in actual use, you never really see a distinct red region at all but I'm just curious.

I had done a similar build for SilverFox a while back, called the "Pink Panther" and built into a TigerFBOP host. SilverFox has some beamshots in his thread that show what's going on pretty well... those interested, might want to take a look over here.

Teaser from the above-linked thread...

At any rate, I think the whitewalls look pretty good...

In addition, here are some comparison photos I'd done with yet ANOTHER Pinky-style build, MrMom's X603 "Mother Nature"... here's that light in action on our dining room table one afternoon...
