More like a couple thousand if you ask me. Any you wonder where tax dollars go? At least it sounds like some Military officers get the good stuff (Surefires, etc.)

I find that hard to believe. If both the buyer and the seller were "in on it", then why did they even feel the need to put up an auction? The seller obviously spoke to the buyer beforehand (to let him know what he's actually buying), couldn't they just complete the transaction there instead of putting up a phony ad on Ebay that obviously draws attention?

It doesn't make sense to me.
