modding Nexxtech light???

Hey Guys...

i know... nexxtech bites... and i agree... but i got this for $6.xx so... it's a pretty good deal....

anyways... i want to put in my own driver and emitter... but i can't seem to take it apart... the bottom clicker comes out easily... but the head portion doesn't seem to want to come apart... does anyone out there know how to take this sucker apart?!?!?

please help me shed some light (pun intended!) on this!!!
