modifying the stanley?

Does anybody known if that rechargable yellow stanley spotlight could be modified easily to plug directly into cig. Lighter. I would still like to use th battery pack f Irom time to time. How would that light compare to my current lights. With 3 million cp. And other light is 35w 3200 lumes

I have the original Stanley HID and it is already designed to be able to use the supplied cigarette lighter power cord or the internal battery, operators' choice. Not sure if the current model does or not. The Stanley puts out around 3000 Lumens.

I bought one last week and it came with a cigarette lighter plug. I actually haven't used it so I can't attest how well it works.
