I did this many years ago and ended up getting a Lumentop penlight that I'm dissatisfied with. I also got a Thrunite Ti3 keychain light that I like a lot. I have a 1xAAA Fenix keychain that only provides about 3 lumens.
I'm now looking for something more "tactical" in that I want to find one that my 20something daughter and I could carry to blind(ish) someone.
