My Fenix L2D just broke. The wires and glue snapped off in the head.

I still like my Fenix E01, and Fenix L2S.

Not every flashlight is built the best.

I read that making flashlights are very hard to make actually.

For every 100 flashlights made alot of them just fail right from the start.

My Fenix L2D wasn't all that reliable right from the start either.

I thought I broke it after a week when I first got it, but it turned out you had to clean it.

Not all that reliable to be honest.

If your warranty ran out, you could try to contact Fenix directly by email, describe the problem for them, they seem to have very good customer service :thumbsup:

I don't lie about flashlights.

*profound shock* that there are some people without cell phone cameras.

Just kidding.

You can score a nice used one off *bay for very little... comes in very handy.

Exchange your lite, take the NIB replacement one and trade it for something. You did good then. Got to use the lite for free, even if limited time, got a good experience and now have the funds to get something else. Life is good, eh?

I got my Fenix L2D over a year ago.

Fenix warranty is now 24 months.
Year ago when I bought my Fenix LD10 and TK20 i guess the warranty was only 12 months.

You did register your flashlight to Fenix like it says in the warranty card?
Registering gives your flashlight 6 months more warranty you know.
