need an explanation about temperatures and intensity

hello,

if someone with proper knowledge could explain to me why higher HID temperature bulbs produce lower intensity (lm) light, i would be very greateful.. :)

Color temperature (degrees K) and brightness (lumens) are fully independent. You may not fully understand what you have seen, or you may have seen a misleading group of lights. In the US there are bulbs that try to pretend they are HID by adding a blue coating. This makes them dimmer than the bulb with no coating.
 
no no no, i'm fully aware that temperature and intensity are not related (well, shouldnt be), but higher temperature HID kits make less lumens than lower temperature, and i was just curious what was physics explanation for that
