Need Battery Holder/Carrier Cell? Need help overall

I am new to the whole thing and i just want to know where people are getting those custom looking battery packs cuz i really need one i have it circled in the following picture and is it a cell or battery i mean what are the terms and what is the thing i have circled called and where can i buy or make one? Thanks

So im making a torch light and i have everything done but the battery im just wondering is there an easy way to make a series battery using and small battery like AA to make around 14v? or can i even buy a series battery holder i dont want to buy the whole battery i rather make it.thanks

That is a FiveMega Battery Holder. He's done them in several sizes. The one in you picture is somewhat specialized and is usually only available with a matching host body since the host has to be bored out for it to fit. Only the AA/14500 cell based adapters linked above are usually sold separately since they fit in unmodified hosts.
