need help for a PCM to my Li ion

I need a PCM or PCB to charger my packed 7.2V 4400 mah
i just got me 4 new Li ion batteries + Li-Ion 3.7-14.8V Charger.

I have
Packed in side by side with 2 series and 2 parallel (2S2P) so i have 7.2v 4400 mah

then i read this :
All Li-Ion Battery packs must connect to a protection circuit module to protect Li-Ion Battery from over charge, over discharge and prevent accidental battery explosion due to its extra high energy density. This protection circuit is specially designed for 7.2 V Li-Ion Battery pack made of one Li-ion cells. It also can be use for Polymer Li-Ion battery sold by Batteryspace.
Please connect battery pack with the circuit as the following drawing with wire provided.
Please be advised that this circuit will provide the following protections

Where do i find a PCM or PCB i can buy ind ( EU )or send to ( EU ) so i can use it to my new Li ion battery what PCM or PCB do i need

It is for 7.2 volt packs, up to 5 amp output. Is that enough for your intended use? The price is good, at $4.50

What are you going to do with your battery pack?
