Looking to get a medium priced light with some reach. Light would be used for work on the night shift and carried in a duty bag. I already carry a JetBeam Jet-III M(R5) on my belt and a Inova T4 in my pocket. I am trying to decide between the JetBeam M2S and the ThruNite Catapult V2. Any other suggestions would also be welcome. I am trying to keep the price under $200 before I purchase additional 18650 batteries.
It would be great to hear about both of these lights +'s and -'s from people who own and use them. Are they reliable, well built etc.... Which one is brighter with a longer reach?
