Hi guys,
Lots of good minds here, so I figured this question isn't out of the ballpark.
At my office, I'm responsible for printing the user manuals we send out with the products. Right now the color laser I'm using is dead, and will be awfully expensive to repair. It is a Ricoh Aficio CL5000.
Right now I'm using an inexpensive inkjet, but printing full duplex (both sides of paper) is a complete pain and I waste a lot of time babysitting the print jobs.
My boss has given me the O-K to purchase a new printer, and I have my eye on one of the Xerox Phasers. But, I figured it wouldn't hurt to get some more opinions.
The basic mandatory requirements are:
1. Built-in or optional installable network adapter.
2. Print full duplex, full color.
Other than that, the specs are pretty much open. Print jobs are about 100-200 two-sided pages per day.
Advice appreciated!!
