Need help with HDS clicky programming

I am trying to program a new turn on preset.



I know how to enable customization and how to get to the options menu (triple click, PHR).



I can get to the disable preset no problem as indicated by the long flash, then press and hold for a bright to dim confirmation. I am confused by how I then select the new preset I want to use, however. After the light goes off, how do I select the new preset?
