Need Help With My Fenix L2D CE!

I just ordered a fenix L2D CE recently and really love this flashlight.

But yesterday, my wife made a stupid mistake and put the batteries in backward.

Results:
I can still turn on the light, the low level is the same as before. But the medium level turns to medium-low, and the high level is the same as the low level. Turbo mode just like previous medium level. So I lost the high and turbo modes.

I don't know if this can be fixed. Do I need to change the head? or just change the tail? or maybe just order a new one?

Any help will be appreciated.

I didn't order it from fenix-store. I bought it from ebay.

They should, Fenix's CS is excellent.
