So my friend lost the last flashlight I bought him (Remington 2AA) and I was thinking of buying him a new light for X-mas. I need some suggestions based on the following criteria.

* LED
* No strobe
* Around 80 lumens
* 1 or 2 AA
* Good balance between throw and flood
* Pocket clip (bezel down)
* Under $40

If you are happy with a twisty then look at the iTP A2.
Matches those specs like a glove.
