So, I'd got my M6-R pack #34 in jan.2007. Runtime was about 15 min. for MN21 bulb. Now I have only 10 minutes runtime. Typical usage: at least 1 charge for week (up to 1 charge/day). Current of charging is 0.5 A.
I think, cells needed to be replaced.

Questions:
1. What type of cells needed? Can I use this cells: http://www.gpbatteries.com.hk/pic/GP130AFHR.pdf

2. Where I can buy theese cells? (ship to Russia, PayPal)

3. Have anyone experience of this procedure? In home conditions, without special equipment (I have solderer, indeed).

It's really not a problem, it's part of the design consideration.

High discharge cells will have lower capacity & reduced cycle life as a trade-off for the high performance.

As far as cost effectiveness goes $2/cell for 100 cycles is a whole lot cheaper than $1/cell for 1 cycle. :D

The new Elite 1500 2/3A cells are pretty good (so I heard).

BTW, if you're running with 17500, that cell is taking a pretty good beating.
