I can settle a final price of $135 for a run of more than 50 units and if the following parts don't change their prices:

from The Sandwich Shoppe:

17mm UCL Lens=$5
nx05=$5
Badboy=$13
Premium 3w TW0K=$18 (or similar premium quality)
Total in parts=$41

The remaining parts I can get here, the unit will ship without battery, because cr2's here are around $3 a piece /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jpshakehead.gif

I can shave an additional $5 every 50 units made until 200:

Units. . . Final Price
50-99 . . . . $135
100-149 . . .$130
150-199 . . .$125
200+ . . . . .$120

And because I know someone will ask /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif, the unit will ship with a bb350 or bb400 tops, but if you want to change this there is no problem, just post the desired bad boy mA next to your name and I gladly put that board for you /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif (board needs to be the same size as BB of course)

And yes, if you want another converter board instead of the BB you can change it by adding the proper amount, taking as a reference the Shoppe prices and availability.

I plan to close this 1st run by mid january or at a closer date if more than 200 units are reserved. Turnaround time I estimate 1.5 months after that.

Kevin: No, is the standard BB. The BB Nextgen is $15 dollars more at the shoppe, so if you want that one and are willing to pay the extra $$ that should be no problem at all! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Mut: if it's 0.55" diameter and 0.18" tall and works with 3v input, then the answer is yes!
