NEOCA BL CR2 - previous thread
THIS IS PART 2 OF THE ORDER THREAD
As I posted in the Homemade forum, the CNC shop will be able to do the batch around end of January to mid February. So this thread will be kept open until they give me the GO on the production run.
This is the estimated Roadmap:
1) Between Jan/31 and Feb/18 the production will begin
2) End of the order
3) Purchase converters form the shoppe
4) Order UCL lenses (DONE ready to ship)
5) Order TWOJ emitters (done)
6) Order O-Rings (DONE ready to ship)
7) CNC shop work time is one week
8) Anodizer is two weeks or less depending if they have hard anodize jobs in the pipeline
9) At the same time as the anodizers do their job, I'll start building the light engines (LS+heatsink+converter) since the heat sink is not anodized.
10) Laser engraving of the anodized units is one week
11) Assembly of the units
12) Testing of the units
13) Posting the whole family shot
14) Receive the complete payment of the order
15) Ship
16) Rest /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
My worst case scenario is end of March/05
I want to offer a delivery warranty:
<font color="red"> If I don't deliver by March/31, you will have the option for a full refund or to accept the new delivery time, this is YOUR CHOICE, no questions asked.</font>
From the list I gathered in the homemade forum, the interest is centered on 4 boards: BB400, BB500, Nextgen 400 & Nextgen 500 (with a couple of exceptions), so to simplify the building process, you will be able to choose only one of those.
All the models will have:
Black Hard Anodized Body & Tail cap
UCL lens
3w premium emitter (bin TWOJ)
S017XA Reflector
Top O-Ring and Tail cap O-Ring
Split ring
Laser Engraved: NEOCA BL - Primera Edición
(translation: First Edition)
Let go to the numbers:
NEOCA BL / BadBoy 400 or 500 = $135 (EDITED: REMOVED PREPAYMENT LINKS)
NEOCA BL / NextGen400 or 500 = $150 (EDITED: REMOVED PREPAYMENT LINKS)
Shipping is $10 Worldwide, and delivery time is around 10-15 days. If you want express shipping there is EMS but they charge around $25 to USA and more to Europe/Asia

Brass NEOCA BL / NextGen400 or 500 = $165 (EDITED: REMOVED PREPAYMENT LINKS)
Brass units will ship first (Fast-Track) since they don't need anodizing and will not be engraved
2) You will have the choice to purchase a second unit (same converter choices) and have a 10% discount on the pair
Example:
NEOCA BL / BadBoy 400 or 500 = $135 (pre-payment=$40)
Brass NEOCA BL / BadBoy 400 or 500 = $150 (pre-payment=$40)
Total= $285
After Discount=$256 (rounded to lower value) ($29 savings)
(shipping is $18)
3) Bare Aluminum
If you want the Body & Tail cap in bare aluminum just post your choice.
Bare Al units will be shipped first (Fast-Track) and will not be engraved

As agreed with paypal, I will take the full payments when the units are ready to ship.

Color & Finish options: </font>
These will be the conditions:[/b]
The cost will be $10 for each color choice and $10 for each finish option.
These options are only for the aluminum units. Please keep in mind that a more apropiate name for the color is tint, because the color must be added to the ha3 natural, so it tends to be more opaque than the same color against white.
BUT,
