New light for my Thirtieth...

On August 7th 2007:

The world ends and I officially become, I think the correct word is, distinguished? One day you look over your shoulder and you're Thirty. Way, WAY to fast. I've been told that the next thirty includes shrinkage, memory loss and frequent trips to the restroom.

To celebrate this impending horror? I'm looking for some light suggestions. I'll look at anything in the single RCR123/CR123 or Single RCR2/CR2 category. I love, LOVE titanium but I'll look at anything.

What are my options? What are you guys using for an EDC?

Well the McGizmo Ti PD's are popping up on BST pretty regularly. Considered by many to be the best CR123 light on the market. If you want one post a WTB and wait. Be prepared to shell out $500+. I think there is also one for sale right now.

I really like the Novatac EDC 120+ and a realative bargain at $150. I'm getting one this month for my 38th Bday. You can get a ti bezel ring for it if you need some Ti in your diet.

:twothumbs Happy, Happy Birthday. I "was" thirty (26 years ago)!
Since then have had two children, now grown , and experienced many things (seems like yesterday)


I have been EDC'ing a McLuxIII-Ti and sometimes a Tnc "N" proto with an Icarius LE upgrade or CR2 Ion XR-Ti ( Draco resides on my key chain). "Mule" and Cr2 Ion-Ti and Spy 005 all get lots of "inside" use.

McGizmo has the Luna Sol, soon perhaps;Endeavor has stated in the forums that he may have some new product, soon.........Gransee will have the new Arc/McGizmo collaboration, sometime???

Since it's "thirty" it might be nice to wait and have a "present" that's really exciting??
