looks like a casing around the exposed fins of the previous model. Does the company keep parts interchangable? Its really slickly packaged...very nice fit and finish in the pictures.
The battery indicator is a nice feature.

But the rest is really old tech by cpf standards. "need more run time, decrease the output" basic cpf knowledge but it's being used as the ad copy. Same for the inverse "need more light? pump up the lumens..." a truely inovative idea.

Sorry to knock it if its your thing. They do look cool. Just all the rest is pretty basic stuff that you could reproduce with a IBS clone driver board from dx (variable output, variable rate strobe, etc, all JETBeam features reproduced in )
