New Window for Mag?

I found a 4D Mag in my garage today, so I want to give it a little upgrade. I acquired a EverLED for it, good enough for the money I guess. But now I want to replace the plastic window with something better, can someone help me out? What size, what are my options, where to look?

Are there any other inexpensive mods I can do to it to give it a little more oomph?
