Nichia 100,000 hour quote needed

Im looking for a specsheet/datasheet/website that quotes Nichia LEDs for 100,000 hour lifetime. I thought it would be easy to find. My company needs it for QVC to get their product on the air so any help would be appreciated. We lost the original datesheets for the Nichia LEDs we used in the product. Thanks in advance

They have since then reduced the presumption of life from 100,000 to as low as 10,000 depending on operating conditions.
