NightHunter SNYPER II question

A company called Xenonics Holdings produces a flashlight called SNYPER II. Can someone please enlighten me about the company and the product?

Looks pretty nice. That's the first expensive flashlight with a CREE and HAIII that I don't remember seeing before...

I hate to bring up old stuff, but this light is listed here, so somebody thinks it's important...

Anybody know anything about this light? I mean, if true, two hours fully regulated would be awesome. :candle:
