So I just got a Noctigon K1 yesterday but I have no clue how to customize or change modes on it. I also want to turn off the leds lighting up the button because it's not needed.

And I would like make it have momentary on with turbo coming on first and then maybe a low for the other mode.

Can anyone help?

I found this pic but it makes absolutely no sense to me.

That is the wrong chart, Anduril 2 is used in new K1 lights. If you thought it's bad you ain't seen nothing yet.

Your light shipped in the top 1/2 of the chart. To use the bottom 1/2 you have to make 9 quick clicks + 10th which you hold down instead of releasing. Don't do it!!! Instead read the top right corner & play with the Simple settings until you get a feel for the patterns of clicks it takes to program Anduril. As for output levels you have a total of 150 to pick from & a couple of different ways to program them.

It's all gibberish to me. I wish there was a video about it somewhere :-(

Maybe start simple?

Click 7 times and release (do not hold the last click). Keep doing that until the switch lights are off.

Other discussion of Anduril 2

Thank you. I'll try that for the switch :)

Didn't work. I tried the 7 clicks while it was off and I also tried while the light was on.

You have to be in adv mode to change switch light setting. You do not want adv mode until you get the hang of the click, click-hold, dbl & triple click. You are just begging for pain & suffering trying adv w/o getting a handle on the basics

That's sad news. I couldn't even get momentary on unless I go to adv mode?

Correct. Anduril has a steep learning curve that only gets made worse by not getting the "click" system down. Good thing is you can't break it. A full reset is only a tail cap twist + button hold away & back into basic/simple mode = start w/clean slate

Congratulations! ;-)

I suggest you read through this online manual, then use this chart to remind you what specific keystrokes change each option.

See the green boxes to put the light in Tactical Momentary and change the Aux LEDs to off

The command to enable Tactical Momentary is 6C from off. The light has to be in Advanced mode because Tactical is an Advanced feature.

Tactical has Turbo programmed as the 1 Hold option by default.

> and then maybe a low for the other mode.

the 2H command does that (2H means one full clic and release, followed by 1 Hold).. bear in mind Tactical Low will first use Turbo at the first clic, so you may want to be ready for that and palm the head of the light so you get to low without being blinded by Turbo.

You can get out of Tactical by doing 6C from off again, or by simply removing and reinstalling the tailcap. (no need to hold the button for this)

to turn off aux the command is 7C from Off (more than once). Some versions of Anduril let you do that from Simple Mode.. but it definitely works from Advanced mode.
