Will they be pure copper or an alloy? Also what kind of aluminum is used in the Al units?

It takes about 20nseconds with a dremel to fix tr issue.

The areas we are talking about are so small that the work could be done with a file.

If I file it down, won't I lose the auto-centering feature of the o-sink which would defeat the very purpose of choosing the o-sink over the others?

I'm interested in the copper version. Will you be selling this yourself or through flashlightlens?
