Recently I´ve been fortunate to get hold of some older models from Surefire. And they have been in very good conditions.

So now I have a 6P and a 6R.

But today the mailman delivered a small package containing a MINT...

I couldn´t belive what I saw when I opened the package. The 3P was like NEW. Amazing...

It has served as a back-up flashlight inside someones BoB. And that BoB have not seen much use..

With the 3P it also came the original pouch and a spare bulb, NIB...

This "old-school Surefire" bug has really bitten me...

:D

Wow! that's nice DaFab

I'd imagine that those battery tubes would open up new possibilities in matching surefire lego. Can you get a 18650 in there? I guess it would be sacrilege to bore it out.

I still haven´t recovered from the last time you posted this pic...

It´s really hard to handle that there are HA 6Ps out there but what is even more hard handle is the fact that there is a true OD Surefire on that pic..

So there must be some more of those babies...the hunt has begun..

How 'bout a 6P still in the wrapper!!
Its killing me to open it!!!:banghead::rant::hairpull:

I wonder if there is a way to tell what color 6P is in there:shrug:......no stickers on the side or anything:thinking:

I was lucky enough to recently pick up this LIKE-NEW 6P Classic. It is in absolute MINT condition :naughty:

What's the approximate vintage of these 3- and 6-Ps? I'm kind of a noob and the history of all this interests me.

Thanks.

SF still sells them as they fit into some of their weapon lights.

I have a Mint mint 3p with a Malkoff M30 in it. Just not quite enough nerve to carry it around though. Maybe I ought to let it go?

Uugghhh... you guys suck!

I say that with all due respect.

Much as I like almost all SF's, these "ole skool" units be da' shiznizzle. So elegant.

I'll join da' club one o' deese days.

No way Sgt. you need to edc that awesome piece of history!

...but if you can't stand to have it collecting dust, I'll ease your suffering!:naughty:

Damn, always wanted a 3p...Just gotta find a user, not something ultra minty. Nice lights Team Member and Dafab.

Very nice vintage lights! The only one that I have is my 9P...my very first Surefire that I bought years and years ago. Round body and "Laser Products" tailcap. I'm the original owner, too. :) Too bad I don't have the round bezel... :(

Very nice. Don't open it! I have quite a few unopened lights myself.

It certainly does. I've heard of that model, but never seen a picture of one before. That's definitely one that belongs in the rare Surefires thread.

:wow:
