How many out the front lumens does the ORACLE 24X-9 do?

First is that we'd have to know the exact bulb output and we don't. Assuming it's what's stated "2200 lumens" which frankly I find laughable, an average expected loss would be at least 25% but possibly up to 35%. The Tactical HID is rated at 1600 bulb lumens which is much more realistic so subtract 30% ball park. The same deduction applies your POB and Microfire although we typically only discuss bulb lumens or lux here.
