Hey all, just have a question regarding the speed of the Oveready's warranty. Nearly a month ago I spoke with Dan regarding a problem on my BOSS head, and I sent my BOSS to Tom. I was just wondering what everyone else's experience is with the speed at which Oveready works through warranties. I've used the contact us form, and have sent a PM to Dan here on CPF, I haven't sent a PM to Tom since it says he was last on here in March of 2020. I hope I'm not coming off as rude or impatient, as I'm happy to wait, I really don't want to be a thorn in their side, especially if something is going on in Team Oveready's lives, but I also get mildly irritated/freaked out when there's no communication. Especially so with a $400+ light. Thanks for reading everyone.
