P60/D26/D36 Thrower?

I've heard that the M60 is a good thrower BUT I want the best throw I can get out of a P60/D26/D36 drop in that is humanly possible. I got a Surefire 660 recently (thanks in the dark & ksbman) and already want to upgrade to rcr123 cells and a Super thrower (probably LED but if theres a incan set up that throws well Id look into that too) what do you guys think? Led with reflector, optic(m60style), asepheric or incan.....

I have one of the Lumens Factory selected tint D26 dropins, and it throws very well. The reflector is clearly deeper than the average P60 dropin, and the head screws all the way down on the G2ZL that I have it in.

I fully agree about the LF select tint D26. I went on a buying spree and purchased a number of drop-ins. This includes Dereelight, Solarforce, various DX models, and M60. The Lumens Factory modules are the clear throw champion of the bunch and also have very nice tints.

If you want super throw you will need an aspheric lens. I haven't looked recently but you can buy aspheric lenses from surplusshed, or you can simply go down the P60 module route with a smooth reflector.
