2 days ago a friend brought me what I asked him to do on his father's shop.
On the left there is a simple P60 modules assembly jig. One 20mm wide 6mm deep hole and a concentric 16mm one (the latter to accept the module spring or a protruding LED)
On the right it is a base for installing and aligning the LED. You place the pil and glue the LED. You drive through the wire holes 2 posts that take the slack. Now when you screw the reflector down you can align the LED but the twisting motion will turn the pcb too. The posts will hinder the turning movement and will leave the wire holes uncovered.
