Pak-Lite Is Kaput

Got a Blocklite 9 Volt that kicks Butt at around 8 Bucks & puts out 30 Lumens.
RIP Pak-Lite !

I had a couple of them back in the mid-2000s. I was never really impressed with the output and the fact it never shut off.

I imagine that paired with a Kodak Lithium 9V would have been great as an emergency light.

"Lovingly made in Oregon with U.S. and foreign parts."

Did they charge you for UPS shipping but sent it by cheap USPS mail instead??
They are price gouging on postage IMO. ?

No. UPS shipping and a UPS driver/deliveryman showed up at my door.

Lots of companies ship using UPS, but then UPS often "hands off" the package to the USPS for the last mile of delivery. Shipping company doesn't have a say in it.

It's a standard service available to the shipper.

It's called 'UPS Surepost', and there's nothing sinister about it.
