I just sent them an e-mail and this is what I got from them. Assuming the shipping cost holds, it would add +2 for incoming and +4 for outgoing shipping (can a cheaper method be found for outgoing shipping?) Thus group buy would end up costing around $22.00 for this light. It is still very cheap for what you get. This light looks lot smarter than the Legend LX.
Unfortunately, no idea as to when they will be able to deliver.

There is quite a demand for this new light and presently they are not being
manufactured in large enough quantities (don't ask me why ?) I am waiting to
get some indication of when there will be some available and will let you
know as soon as I can. As for mixing colors, we could only do that if
another customer also wanted a mix. I do presently have 2 or 3 other
customers interested in a mix so if you wish I will inform you as to when
they are available. Shipping would probably be about $12.00 US
I have been told by pelican that there is presently a waiting list for back
orders on this product. They have suggested it could be spring before this
light is available and that they will be shipped on a first come first serve
basis. It is recommended that you order the lights to ensure you arte among
the first customers to receive them. The decision is up to you as I cannot
give you a firm delivery date at this time.
