Petzl Tikka Plus 2 Specs please?

I urgently need to find out what wavelength and lux are produced by the RED light on the Petzl Tikka Plus 2 for a project I am doing.

Can anybody please help?

Does anybody know of any other red LED wavelengths and Lux then please?

Sandwich it is some kind of 3mm red led, so you can expect 620-640nm and about 4-5cd at the led i think.
