PIE(S) Illustrated!

Two apple and two punkin. Talk about a sweet smelling kitchen. The day started with oatmeal, went on to cornbread and finished with these.:thumbsup:

What's your crust recipe?

It's the Flaky Pastry Dough recipe in the Pies and Tarts section of Joy of Cooking, page 859. It's truly the best pie crust I've ever tasted.

She (SWMBO) warmed up with these last week:

Broccoli Cheddar on the left and Quiche Lorraine on the right, with Havarti instead of Swiss.
