Piercelight - anyone modded one?

Piercelight is a small single 123 lithium light - about as small as this form factor can be, and running almost at 1 amp on high setting.

problem is that the heads of most are sealed. I have one that I'd like to take apart but don't know how.

Anyone done that and upgraded the LED? This thing would be awesome on a Seoul or Rebel running near 1 amp.

By the way, this light is no longer available as they are sold out but the tiny form factor and near 1 amp is very attractive.
