Is is possible to pigeon hole our flashlights?

I'd be interested to see what everyone thinks. In your opion, what is best for:

a) Night hiking
b) Security / defence
C) EDC
D) A costly purchase that sees absolutely no functional use, but you live in pride of the fact that you own one. You take it outside once a month for the sheer fun of blinding everything, living or dead. Hee.

Look forward to your opinion!

Cheers :poke:

a) Minimus headlamp
b) Running the 100m in 11 seconds while clutching my E2D! In reality it would be handing over my wallet and curling up in the fetal position...
c) Aeon most of the time
d) My second M6

Cheers!

What don't you understand...Pigeon Hole? It means to try to fit something into a neat hole whether it really fits or not.

In this context it means to put a label by function on your lights. Which light do you have that could be labeled a "night hiking light", a "self-defense light", etc.

A). Uniquefire L2 low mode
B) Uniquefire L2 high mode
C) ITP A3
D) N/A I don't live in pride of owning any lights nor do I have any expensive ones

I'm sure there's better lights out there but this is what I have:
A) SF saint/minimus
B) SF E2DL
C) Fenix P2D CE
D) 2D li-ion P7 Mag

B) Surefire E2DL.
C) HDS RA Tactical (170 lumens) with Flush Tailcap.
