Howdy! PK is on the Dutch weblog Geenstijl, which is often called a shockblog since they bring controversial news items with a provocative tone.
The article is about deadly air guns. Since air guns are no firearms for the law, there are no limitations in sales of these weapons. But recent developments make air guns nearly as powerful as real firearms, which actually means you can buy a deadly weapon without a licence (I know it's very different from USA, here you need special licences and to be member of a shooting club before you can own a firearm). The article is not that interesting but they used the funniest PK-picture as a thumbnail
