I haven't heard much about the powerex imedion batteries. I ordered a bunch for work, and I tested 8 of them. Running a refresh and analyze in my 9000, they all reached 99%-102% of rated capacity. These were aa's and aaa's. This was tested using a around .5C charge, and .2c discharge.

I don't know if that's useful or not, but I was looking for that kind of information when I was shopping. I decided on the powerex because I have some 3 year old powerex 2300's that are still 92% of rated capacity, so they've held up a lot better than the energizers i've bought. Also, the imedion's look much cooler than the eneloops.

whomp.

Thanks for test. I haven't run across these yet. I am using kodak, and rayovac low discharge batteries. Planning on getting some Eneloops, possibly Costco's pack. Good price on imedion's?

Thanks for the information Whomprat, it's still very scarce for the Imedions.

Here's a link to another test done by Jeff Servaas, a Maha Powerex distributor in Australia:

I found his statement respecting the MH-C9000 firmware versions particularly interesting:

I saw the link to our site so I thought I would share my tests so far on these cells. I ran a set through the MH-C9000, firmware 0G0E02. I mention the FW version b/c 0Gxxxx versions are more accurate, and read 6% lower than 0Fxxxx firmware versions.
