Sold/Expired (PREPAYMENT) M Head C Tail 1x18650 & 2x18650

Removed one o-ring and still no difference. No big deal for me as I'll be running a IMR-M3T with IMR18650s, I can use the Z41 twisty which works fantastic with this body anyway.

Btw., here is the light I made with the 1x18650 body. The 2x18650 will be used with one of my Lumens Factory P7 heads and a Z41 switch. This combination (I consider it butt-ugly, but it´s a plain user anyway) is already shown here so I´ll just post the pictures of my 1x18650 light (which I consider a pretty sweet combination of parts):

Just received mine today. None of my tailcaps fit. Not my surefire twisties, z58 clickies or my Leef clicky. It's as if the threads aren't exactly the same so it only screws down so far. I'll maybe try one of those solarforce tailcaps as I don't really want to send it back. Removing o-rings and adding extra lube doesn't help.

Update: I managed to get the Leef clicky to fit. It's just a matter of using force and taking some time. With the o-rings removed and lots of lube, I repeatedly tightened and loosened the tailcap, occasionally using a strap wrench. It took me about an hour but it eventually worked it's way down and fitted properly. I reckon this technique would work on any tailcap that doesn't fit. It seems to alter the threads on the tailcap as well as the body so I don't know if this would cause issues with other bodies.

Mine received several days ago. It's very strange to read about the problem listed above. All my SF tailcaps (twisties and clickies) fit well. I'm going to use this body with Z41 and McClicky switch kit.
This is one my favorite FM creations.

I had similar problems getting several SF tailcaps to work with mine
but once I removed the o ring furthest away from the threads all my
tailcaps work with the body now :twothumbs

So very ugly... in a way that makes me think of old Tom Swift, and Buck Rogers. I half expect it to fire nuclear death-ray beams... and given this crowd, it just might! :twothumbs
