Pricing questions

Have many flashlights, but only laser i have is a small pointer that i got for $10 bucks about 5 years ago that runs off or AG13 batteries.

I am looking for something that will run off AAA 's or larger for under $100.

I don't think find you'll find anything under $40 on AA batteries. And popping balloons can be done the cheap way but then it's the IR light that's doing the burning. But that's not the way to go because it's not safe.

When comes to lasers...I find sometimes a $100 laser is regarded as cheap

the pricetags are so @#$% expensive
