Problem with Tactical 35w HID

I just got my 35W HID today, when i try to turn the led on nothing happen. So i try to charge the battery, after i connect everything the little light on the charger didn't turn on. :mecry:Is there a problem with my charger/battery? Can someone please help me out :bow:

It sounds as if you have a faulty battery. Contact Tactical HID as they've likely experienced the problem at least once before and might suggest a solution.
