Problems at airport security?

Has anyone had any problems at any airport security with RCR123A battery flashlights in carry on luggage?

I haven't but recently was sitting in an airport reading the back of my airline ticket (yah I was bored and there was no wifi available) and it specifically forbade any lithium batteries in carry on luggage.
