PT Tec 40 with ROP bulbs?

Will the ROP Low bulb be safe inside the all plastic PT?

Will the ROP Low bulb be safe inside the all plastic PT?

Responder is similar flashlight and works fine with ROP Low bulb and 4 NiZn for short burst.

Bulb is not really overdriven with this set up but I still won't take a chance for continuous long run.
