purchasable multilevel board for 1.5-4.2volts

I've got a jetbeam mk1 that I really like - been carrying it since it came out. I'll probably upgrade the emitter myself, but I'd really like to be able to add multi-level to it MY way.

I love a FluPic mod that I have in a Q3, but with flupic, I can't run non-li-ion batteries.

Does anyone make a board that can handle 1.5-4.2v, that is fairly user configurable.. I'd probably run it with the following config

medium - low - high (burst) - strobe - SOS.

I'd also like for the medium + low to be configurable.

So does such a board exist? Could I just use something like FluPic in-line with the stock board (ie, I'd have two logic boards)
