QS2L-X: How set auto-off duration without the app?

Hi all you knowledgeable people,

is it possible to set the auto-off duration of the QS2L-X without using the bluetooth app?

PS: Forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere already. I have spent a lot of time looking through threads, but haven't found anything so far. I'm using the timer function regularly - or rather, I was, until the app disappeared from the App Store and I changed to a new phone, so lost the app on my old phone... :sigh:
