For some reason I can find quite a few threads about what happens if you put 14500's in a Quark AA, but nothing on the AA2. I have the newest version of the AA2; if I was to put these batteries (or any other different batteries) into it would I get a brighter output?
I know this is a strange thing to shoehorn into this thread, but I have owned my AA2 for about a month now, and one thing I have noticed is that at the
switching between primary and secondary modes seems to be very inconsistent. The exact point at which the modes switch doesnt seem to stay the same, and wiggling the head (lateral not rotational) can change modes.
Other than that I am very satisfied.
